I am an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Alabama. I study international relations with a primary focus on international political economy. I am particularly interested in understanding the politics of the transnational movements of capital, people, and goods/services. I employ quantitative methods, including surveys and survey experiments. I earned my Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2018.

Political Economy of Transnational Movements: FDI (including diaspora investment), migration, non-trade issue provisions, attitudes toward transnational movements, and identity groups (e.g., diaspora and gender)
